Orders outside of the United States may take an additional two weeks to arrive via FedEx.

After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our storage on the same day, or, at the latest, the following workday.

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email referencing your order number and the details of your order.
  • To make a return, please send us your return request by e-mail with your e-mail address and your order number.
  • You have 7 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.
  • Items must be unwashed and unworn with labels attached and the original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted.
  • National and international return costs are the exclusive responsibility of the customer. However, if you receive the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover the cost of return. Thereby : drop the parcel in a USPS (United States Postal Services) location. Once we have received your return, please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. However, the processing time for the card issuer may vary.
  • Items purchased as part of the “archive sale” are the final sale and cannot be returned.
